Bio-rejuvenation of skin: Boosters

Boosters, skin enhancers, are new hyaluronic acid-based products that hydrate the skin repeatedly and improve its quality. They are not classified as filler or mesotherapy, they are a combination of filler and mesotherapy.

During treatment with multiple micro-injections, specially designed hyaluronic acid is introduced into the skin; it is slowly released and expanded in the tissue, leading to the activation of fibroblast cells responsible for the production of new collagen and elastin, resulting in the regeneration (bio-rejuvenation) and remodeling (bio-remodeling) of treated skin.

Thanks to their texture and high ability to spread the material, they create volume targeted in the tissue where it needs to be compensated (where there is not a significant loss of volume but a loss of skin elasticity).

Boosters are ideal for rejuvenating dehydrated, dry, mature skin of the face, neck, neckline and upper arm. They are used to treat skin exposed to UV radiation, which causes premature aging of the skin, as they additionally act as antioxidants and prevent free radical formation in the skin. The effects last for 3 to 5 months, depending on the product used and lifestyle.
